Widgets and Embedding

We provide widgets that you can embed on your website to display forex sentiment data. By using our widgets, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You may embed our widgets on websites that you own or have permission to modify
• You must provide a valid domain name during widget configuration for tracking purposes
• You may not modify the widget code or attempt to reverse engineer our widgets
• You may not use our widgets on websites containing material that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise in violation of these Terms
• We reserve the right to disable widget functionality on websites we determine are inappropriate or in violation of these Terms
• The widgets may display our logo and branding, which must remain visible and unaltered
• We may update the widgets at any time, which may change their appearance or functionality
• The widgets include advertising content (such as broker promotions) that cannot be removed or hidden
• By using our widgets, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that ForexSentiment.live reserves the absolute and exclusive right to change the advertising content, partners, or promotional materials displayed in the widgets at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice
• You understand and agree that these advertising changes may occur even after you have embedded the widget on your website, and that such changes do not constitute a breach of these Terms
• By using our widgets, you acknowledge and accept that these advertisements are an integral part of our service and that you will not attempt to block, remove, or alter them in any way

Advertising Content

Our Services, including the Site and widgets, may display advertisements, promotional materials, and commercial offerings from third parties, including but not limited to forex brokers.

With respect to our advertising content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All advertising content displayed within our Services and widgets is selected and managed solely by ForexSentiment.live
• We reserve the exclusive right to choose, change, or remove advertising partners and promotional content at any time without prior notice or requirement to notify widget users
• The advertising partners, content, or promotional materials displayed in our widgets may change at any time after you embed the widget on your website
• The advertising content is an integral part of our Services and business model
• You may not block, hide, remove, alter, or otherwise interfere with any advertising content displayed within our Services or widgets
• Any attempt to circumvent, filter, or disable the advertising components violates these Terms and may result in termination of your access to our Services
• While we may receive compensation from advertising partners, we do not endorse or guarantee any products or services advertised on our Site or through our widgets
• You are responsible for evaluating and performing due diligence on any advertised service or product before engaging with them

ForexSentiment.live makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any advertised products or services. Any transaction you enter into with a third party advertiser is solely between you and that third party, and ForexSentiment.live shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such interactions.

User Feedback and Contributions

We welcome and encourage user feedback, suggestions, and ideas about our Services. If you provide any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other contributions ("Contributions") to us, you understand and agree that:

The data and insights provided through our Services, including sentiment analysis, correlation matrices, and other analytical tools, are proprietary to ForexSentiment.live and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use this data for your personal trading and investment decisions, but you may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit this data without our express written permission.

Use of External Data and Intellectual Property

ForexSentiment.live uses data from external sources that are subsequently processed, analyzed, and transformed through our proprietary algorithms. In relation to this data and the results of processing:

• External data is obtained from sources that we believe to be reliable and with which we have appropriate agreements
• Our processing methods, algorithms, mathematical formulas, and analysis methodologies constitute exclusive intellectual property of ForexSentiment.live
• Visual results, interpretations, analyses, and visualizations generated by our systems are derivative works protected by copyright
• Users may use this information only for personal trading and investment purposes

By using our services, users agree not to:

• Attempt to decode, reproduce, or recreate our algorithms or calculation methodologies
• Systematically extract or collect data from our site through automated methods
• Use our processed data to create competing products or services

User Content

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services, or contact us for account deletion.

FOREXSENTIMENT.LIVE AND ITS SUPPLIERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FOREXSENTIMENT.LIVE MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:

• THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS
• ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED
