What will the payment page ask me?
Card or wallet details and a billing address. If you buy from Italy, it also asks for your Codice Fiscale; elsewhere that field and the business tax ID are optional: leave them empty if they do not apply to you. The page opens in the language of your browser, and your license code arrives by email as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How does ChartJudge Pro get activated?
By the payment itself. The email you use at checkout becomes your ChartJudge account, with the Pro plan and its 500 credits for the month already on it. Open ChartJudge, choose Log in and enter that address: a 6-digit code arrives by email, no password. If you already had a free ChartJudge account on that address, it is the same account, now on Pro. There is no second license key and nothing to redeem.
What does ChartJudge Pro include?
500 credits a month, which reset at each cycle and do not roll over; the Standard, Deep and Max analyses and the Multi-timeframe ones; the private archive of your analyses; setup tracking on the 29 covered markets, with an email when a setup triggers if you turn on email alerts in your account; export in CSV and JSON. It is the same Pro plan ChartJudge sells on its own.
What if I run out of credits before the month ends?
You can add a top-up on ChartJudge at any time. Top-up credits never expire: they are spent after your monthly 500 and stay in your account even if you cancel. For everyday use, the monthly allowance is the better value.
How does the subscription work?
Ultra is one monthly subscription at $149. It renews every month until you cancel, and you cancel from your licenses page: both the panels and ChartJudge Pro keep working until the end of the month you have paid for. If you cancel from ChartJudge’s billing page instead, you cancel Ultra as a whole, the panels included. One license runs on one MT5 account at a time, and you can move it to another account yourself.
I already pay for the Trade Panel, or for ChartJudge. Can I switch to Ultra?
Yes, but write to us first, with the email of your current plan. A person makes the switch so that you never pay twice for the same days: a Trade Panel subscription is changed to Ultra, while a ChartJudge plan is closed first, and then you subscribe to Ultra with the same email.
Can I run it on a demo account?
Yes. The license binds to the first MT5 account it is used on, demo or live, and you can release it and move it to your live account yourself from your licenses page. ChartJudge does not care which account you trade on: it reads the screenshot.
Does the panel send my chart to ChartJudge?
No. The panels run inside MetaTrader 5 and ChartJudge runs in the browser: to get a second opinion you take a screenshot of your chart, on MT5 or on any other platform, and paste it on ChartJudge. Your chart never leaves your terminal on its own.
Does anything open a trade on its own?
No. Every order starts from your click and, by default, goes through a confirmation window. You can switch that window off, except in three cases where it is always required: orders sent in a batch, closing all positions, and any order without a stop loss. The optional protections you switch on yourself can only close or protect what is already open. ChartJudge never places an order: it writes an analysis, and the analysis is not investment advice.
Which languages?
The panels and their manual are in English, with the manual also in Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. ChartJudge can write the analysis in several languages, chosen before each analysis. The Terms and the privacy policy are in English; the payment page opens in the language of your browser.
